Performativ, the operating system powering tomorrow’s wealth management, and Qapnova, the verified foundation under family wealth, have entered into a partnership that combines Performativ’s comprehensive investment management capabilities and operational infrastructure with Qapnova’s strength in consolidating and verifying complex, non-listed and entity-held wealth. Performativ is the operating system; Qapnova is the verified foundation beneath it.

The way wealth is invested is changing. For wealthy individuals and families, portfolios extend far beyond traditional securities and increasingly span private equity, direct investments, real estate, and other alternative assets, often held across multiple banks, entities, and ownership structures.

This shift is already reflected in how family offices allocate capital. According to Goldman Sachs’ 2025 Family Office Investment Insights report, alternative investments account for 42% of family office portfolios globally.

As portfolios become more diverse, so does the challenge of managing them. Family offices and banks serving HNWIs need technology that can provide a consolidated view across both listed and non-listed positions. Performativ and Qapnova are combining complementary capabilities to address this growing complexity.

Performativ provides an operating system connecting portfolio management, trading, performance and attribution analysis, risk, compliance, reporting, and multi-custodian data aggregation. Through an extensive ecosystem of API connections to banks, custodians, and other data providers, Performativ has built deep capabilities across investment management and the operational workflows surrounding it, providing the core infrastructure through which institutions manage investments and serve their clients.

Qapnova consolidates everything a family owns. Listed positions alongside private investments, real estate, other alternative assets and multi-entity ownership structures, with every figure verified down to the source document: origin, as-of date, and the entity it belongs to. Within the partnership, Qapnova forms the verified foundation beneath the combined offering, covering the non-listed and entity dimension, precisely where traditional financial data sources fall short.

“Our ambition is to give financial institutions the technology to manage the full complexity of modern wealth. Qapnova brings a verified foundation for non-listed assets and ownership structures that complements our capabilities across the investment landscape, extending the breadth of the operating system we provide to institutions managing increasingly complex client portfolios.”
Christian Lindvall, CCO at Performativ
“Wealth doesn’t organize itself into listed and non-listed. It lives across banks, funds, real estate and entity structures, and it all has to add up. Qapnova keeps that full picture consolidated and verified down to the source document. Combined with Performativ’s strength in portfolio management and connectivity, family offices and banks get one complete view, built on figures that are both aggregated and verified. That means a reallocation or a new investment is assessed on today’s full picture, not on a quarterly report that is three months old.”
Daan Jalving, CEO of Qapnova

Together, Performativ and Qapnova will give financial institutions an operating system for wealth management, built on a verified foundation that spans public markets, private investments, and complex ownership structures.
